Triple glazed/Resin bevel
On our triple glazed and resin bevelled door glass designs there is no recognised backing glass. These door designs come with a unique backing glass design that is not reproduced by Pilkington or other glass manufacturers. These units are highly decorative hermetically sealed double and triple glazed depending on the door design you choose, containing decorative glass, caming lead and bevel designs. Due to the nature of the unit construction extensive or extreme shaking or slamming of the door may cause the inner glazing construction to touch the two outer panes thus giving the effect of the unit rattling. This is not a cause for rejection. On the triple glazed units that have a coloured border, because we use real pieces of cut shaped glass to make the design and not colorfilm, there may be slight imperfections such as very small air bubbles that you would not normally see in a clear glass unit. This is not cause for rejection.

On Delivery check the packaging for damage
All goods must be unwraped and examined on delivery and in the presence of the driver. If the delivery driver is not willing to wait sign the delivery note packaging damaged. Any problems, damage or shortages must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will mean you have accepted your products as in good condition resulting in us not being able to resolve any issues at a later time. Do Not Take Delivery of Your Package Then Sign the Delivery Note Unchecked. Under certain circumstances which are outwith our control on occasion it may not be possible to deliver your goods within the stated time period. If after 14 days your goods have not been delivered you can contact our head office by telephone 0808 178 4444 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be given a revised delivery date for the products ordered.
All windows and doors must be installed plumb and level. On completion of the installation the door may require to be retoed and reheeled. The locking mechanism and all hinges may require to be finally adjusted for the smooth operation of the window or door. When closing the door the handle should always be pushed up. This completely seals the door. As most remedials required after a new door has been fitted, in almost all cases, it is found to be that the door has been poorly or wrongly installed. For this reason we would strongly advice that all doors and windows be installed by a competent tradesman.
