You will receive an email the day before your delivery. It will contain a code number that you can use to track your goods.
On delivery you must check the package for damage paying particular attention to the corners. If the package is damaged point this out to the delivery driver and sign your delivery note package damaged. Unpack your order immediately, lay your package on a flat surface delivery lable side up and inspect the contents for any problems, damage or shortages. Do this with the delivery driver still present. If the driver is not willing to wait you must sign your delivery note packaging damaged and contact 0808 178 4444 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you have damage to report. Failure to do this will mean you have signed and accepted your order from the carrier in good condition resulting in us not being able to resolve any issuses at a later time. Do not accept your package then sign the delivery note unchecked.
