All door orders are made to measure. Because of this once an order has been placed and payment processed we will allow you a 24 hour cooling of period in which time you may cancel your order.Cancellation must be over the telephone and by E mail. After this period you have no rights to cancel.After cancellation has been confirmed by telephone and E mail we will refund your payment in full.
